With an extensive background in customer service and corporate administration, she made the leap into Texas land in 2021 after earning her real estate license and discovering a true passion for rural development and wide-open possibilities.

Mario Navarro, Sales Agent: Prime Realty Group.

Mario, close friend and longtime business partner of Alton, first joined the team in 2022 to spearhead TGP's internal sales department. New to the land world but no stranger in real estate sales Mario brings 10+ years of experience, a team of dedicated sales assistants and top notch closing coordinators.

Laura Chicas, Lead Sales Assistant

A Texas native from right here in our home base of Houston Texas, Laura is a License Loan Officer and internal closing expert. She has been leading Mario’s sales team for 5+ years and joined TGP alongside him in 2022.

Joseph George, Operations Manager

Born in Wichita Falls and raised in Beaumont Texas, Joseph spent nearly 20 years in oil refineries before moving away and living five unforgettable years in Hawaii. After a stint as a financial adviser, he transitioned to real estate, specializing in operations and acquisitions. Now the newest TGP member, Joseph brings energy, expertise, and a love for beaches and travel wherever he goes!
